IDEA Laboratory in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and funded by GIZ together with the RKI team conducted a molecular diagnostics workshop for the laboratory staff and physicians attached to the public sector.
With the government initiative to expand testing facilities IDEA lab identifies the need for proper training of laboratory staff. Hence the lab is now open for training where public and private sector laboratory technicians can now get a comprehensive hands-on training at our facility at the University of Colombo, Department of Zoology and Environment Sciences.
