We offer a variety of services ranging from:
- Identifying Unknown Viruses: Conducting systematic surveillance and metagenomic analysis in wildlife, farmed animals, and human populations at the interface of disease emergence. This crucial work focuses on discovering and genetically characterizing novel and potentially zoonotic viruses to create a knowledge base for pre-emptive threat assessment.

2. Setting Up Diagnostics Laboratories: Establishing and enhancing advanced laboratory capabilities within Sri Lanka. This includes providing the molecular tools and protocols necessary for the rapid and accurate detection of a wide range of known and novel pathogens.

3. Conducting Training Workshops: Building sustainable local expertise through hands-on training for scientists, laboratory technicians, and public health professionals. The workshops cover advanced techniques in pathogen discovery, diagnostics, and bioinformatics.

4. Supporting National Diagnostics: Providing ongoing technical support and essential reagent supplies to national institutions. This ensures the sustainability and reliability of diagnostic capacities, directly strengthening the country’s public health surveillance and outbreak response.
